We need to be profitable so that we can continue to provide employment for our employees, continue to provide the best outcomes for our Clients, maintain our supply chain and support all other values. - Safety
Why do we need to be safe? To ensure that everyone goes home to their family and loved ones the same as when they came to work, with a belief that every incident is preventable - Environment
Why do we need to value the environment? Because the environments we work in are precious, contain finite resources that require protection, and First Nation Australians have a spiritual connection to it. - Integrity
Why do we need integrity? So that we are true to our word, do what we say we are going to do and provide equal opportunities to a diverse range of community members.
